About Nurture Early Learning

Nurture Early Learning was founded on a simple belief that early learning should be thoughtful, supportive and centred around children, families and educators.

We provide long day care and early education for children from six weeks to school age through structured, high-quality programs.

As a locally owned and managed provider, we create centres that feel warm, personal and connected to their communities, supported by strong management and clear systems.

The Nurture Difference

Safe and uplifting environments
Our centres are intentionally designed to be welcoming, calm and engaging, drawing on a Reggio Emilia inspired approach where the environment supports children’s learning and sense of belonging. We use natural and recycled materials, along with soft and cohesive colour palettes, to create spaces that feel calm, considered and inviting. These environments are designed to help children feel secure, supported and ready to learn.
Quality education and care
We deliver consistent, high quality early education through structured programs guided by the Early Years Learning Framework. Our approach supports each child’s development, learning and wellbeing, while maintaining strong communication with families and encouraging their involvement in their child’s learning journey.
All-inclusive Arts Programme
At Nurture, the arts are a fundamental part of our educational philosophy. Our dedicated Arts Program, included within our daily curriculum at no additional cost, provides children with meaningful opportunities to engage in visual arts, dance and creative expression. These experiences are led by qualified specialist art and dance teachers who work alongside our educators to inspire creativity, nurture confidence and support children's social, emotional and cognitive development through the arts.
Locally owned and accountable
Nurture Early Learning is locally owned and managed, with a hands on approach to how our centres operate. This allows for clear oversight, consistent standards and responsive decision making. Families can feel confident knowing the people behind the centres are accessible, invested and committed to delivering a high quality experience.
Strong relationships and connections
We prioritise genuine relationships between educators, children and families, building trust and a strong sense of belonging within each centre. This is supported through open communication, involvement in each child’s learning journey, and meaningful connections with the broader community. Through regular community incursions, children engage with local organisations, aged care residents, artists, cultural groups, health professionals and community members, creating authentic opportunities to learn about the world around them, develop empathy, and foster a sense of connection.

Changes to the Child Care Subsidy

The 3 Day Guarantee. What does it mean for your family enrolling in 2026?

From 5 January 2026, the Australian Government is updating the Child Care Subsidy (CCS) to guarantee at least 3 days of subsidised early childhood education and care per week. This means that all CCS-eligible families will receive at least 72 hours per fortnight (3 days/week) of subsidised childcare regardless of their work, study, or volunteering status.

Since Nurture Early Learning is a government approved childcare provider, if you are eligible for CCS you will be entitled to the new 3 Day Child Care Subsidy Guarantee on your fees.

In addition, our educators are mentored and guided by an Educational Leader to implement our education programs. • Does Nurture Early Learning have an education program?

Our program is guided by the Early Years Learning Framework, Australia’s national curriculum for early childhood education.

The EYLF supports the holistic development of every child — socially, emotionally, physically, cognitively and creatively — through play-based and inquiry-driven learning.

Our practice is grounded in strong relationships, high expectations, inclusion, respect for diversity and sustainability. We focus on the following key aspects:

                STEAM Inquiry

Children explore Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics through hands-on, play-based experiences.

                School Readiness

School readiness is embedded across our entire program, beginning in infancy and developing progressively each year. Children build confidence, independence and essential skills to ensure a smooth and positive transition to school.

                Creative Arts & Dance

Guided by the Reggio concept of the “hundred languages,” children express themselves through art, movement, music and dance.
